WLE Week 10

What could I do to making living conditions better? My essential question is having to do with people living in very old buildings and the walls leak and so does when the ceilings  and such get soaked. Which creates mold. I compeleted this by researching and actually cleaning it and making sure that it doesnt come back and did it correctly. If I could I would've did more houses like my own because most homes have the mold.

WLE Week 9

Basically with creating my WLE project I had to reasearch on what causes mold what it can do how it makes it dangerous to live and how I could make sure it doesn't come back if the tenant listen to what I say and stay cleaning costantly. I have actually achieved my goals I stayed on top of what I was suppose to do because I didn't want to fail. The biggest challenge was actually doing the project I'm a very lazy person I don't like doing work but I knew it could benefit the people who lived there.

WLE Week 8

My project process is going well because I'm researching on how to keep mold away because that can cause asthma. Even though it shouldn't take me that long because I'm only doing one unit. So all I have to do is take 20 minutes out of my day and go clean someones house.

WLE Week 7

I could not take pictures of me and my workplace or mentor. But I was there I wish I would've known.

WLE Week 6

I will be going to a unit and cleaning off mold of of the walls and showers. My goals to finish this project is to make sure I don't get distracted stick to my word do everything I said I would. My biggest challenge is being to lazy and not wanting to do it.

WLE Week 4

My fourth week at WLE I really analyzed my work environment I usually work in the main office but there is a lobby were the tenants go to go to their homes. It's also a parking lot for the staff to park their cars. And also you can't get into the building without a key or you buzz the person's house that you are trying to go too. It's really secure so that no outsiders come in without permission. We usually lock the main office door and you have to knock to come in. It's really clean and happy. It feels like a waiting room in an hospital.

WLE Week 3

My third week of WLE a lot of things were breaking such as stoves and refridgators but we're short on staff so we had to order from Lowes and everyone had to help out. The co-workers are very goofy they always are trying to have a good time even if their at work you always see the same people everyday but it's so busy because it's only 10 of them so their usually all over the place. The manager is usually the leader no one else really shows leadership skills I see that the manager keeps everything together. Yes, I see because without her the place would be a mess she holds everything together.
